This hike located 45 minutes North from the Heart of San Fransisco. My hike started its decent at the Matt Davis trail which ends at the town of Stinson beach. For the ascension at Dipsea trail you must travel East up Panoramic highway and the entrance will be on your left at a small tail marker. This will lead to Steep Ravine Trail (aptly named) and back to Pantoll Station. Most if not all Elevation gain is gained on the return hike. This hike offers a variety of scenery starting at mountain view and Lunch on The Beach, and a very tropic feeling on the return. This area is heavily traveled and not recommended for those looking for seclusion. These were taken Late March 2012
